Permissions SynQ may request
Basic account information
Identifies the Google account connected to the correct SynQ workspace.
Gmail read-only
Shows authorised customer email threads in the SynQ Inbox so the team can review context and follow up.
Gmail send
Sends customer replies, quotes or invoices only when a user initiates or approves the action in SynQ.
Calendar free/busy
Checks availability so SynQ can avoid offering or creating a booking at a conflicting time.
Calendar events
Creates and updates booking events that a user manages through the SynQ Schedule.
Analytics read-only
Displays reporting for the Google Analytics property an authorised user selects.
Human control
Connecting Google does not give SynQ permission to act without the enabled workflow. Customer-facing emails and business documents remain visible to the user, and workspace owners can disconnect integrations at any time.
Data protection and choices
Google account data is used only to provide the connected feature, is not sold, and is not used for advertising. Access can be revoked from SynQ or from Google Account permissions. Data access and deletion requests can be sent to hello@synergylabs.com.au.
