About SynQ
SynQ is a Synergy Labs customer workspace for enquiries, customer records, follow-up, quotes, bookings, invoices and connected business services. Specific features, limits, fees, support and service conditions may also be set out in a proposal or customer agreement.
Authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, use SynQ only for lawful business purposes, and ensure you have authority to enter and process customer or connected-account information. You are responsible for reviewing customer communications, quotes, bookings and other actions before they are sent or confirmed.
Connected services
Google, Microsoft, Meta and other integrations are optional and are also governed by the provider's terms. SynQ will request access only after an authorised user starts a connection. You may disconnect a provider in SynQ or revoke access through that provider. Provider availability, APIs, policies and outages are outside Synergy Labs' control.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SynQ reliable and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change where needed for security, provider requirements, legal compliance or product improvement. We will communicate material changes where reasonably required.
Pricing and commercial outcomes
Published pricing and offers are subject to eligibility, confirmed scope and availability. SynQ and related services do not guarantee search rankings, lead volumes, revenue, bookings or any particular commercial outcome.
Intellectual property
SynQ software, website content and brand elements remain the property of Synergy Labs or their respective licensors. Customers retain ownership of their business and customer information, subject to the rights needed for SynQ to provide the service.
